The Project also Includes site Improvements, such as parking/loading areas, exterior lighting, storm water detention basin, ornamental landscaping, and utility Infrastructure. The Project would require a General Plan Amendment to change the property's land use zoning district from "Single Residential with an Additional Agricultural Overlay (RS-1-AA)" to "Community Industrial (lC) The Project would also require a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to construct and operate the proposed 257,855-square-foot warehouse facility on the Project site.
