Variance Extension of Time and Modification to the originally approved Variance (PLN 16-00429) for a three-year extension of time which allowed a reduced east front setback of 25 feet from the edge of the driveway easement (33 feet from centerline) where 75 'feet from centerline would normally be required and a reduced west front setback of 30 feet from property line where 50 feet would be required to construct a 2,250-square foot single family residence and a 1,330-square foot attached garage.
