Title: Revised Notice of Preparation - Plains Replacement Pipeline Project
Description: Plains Pipeline, L.P. is proposing to replace the currently out of service Line 901 and 903 crude oil pipeline system across portions of Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo, and Kern Counties in Central California with a lower-capacity pipeline system designated as Lines 901R and 903R. The Line 901R and Line 903R replacement pipeline system would serve to restore transportation of crude oil from the Las Flores Canyon Pump Station within the ExxonMobil Santa Ynez Unit (Santa Barbara County) to the Pentland Delivery Point in San Joaquin Valley (Kern County). See attached for the revised NOP dated April 26, 2022
