Aviara Apartments
The 9.5 acre project site is bisected by Aviara Parkway, resulting in a 7.19-acre "West Parcel" and a 2.31 acre "East Parcel." All existing development would be removed with project implementation. The project would develop 259 apartment units on the West Parcel and 70 apartment units on the East Parcel for a total of 329 apartment homes on the entire project site. The project would include a total of 82 affordable units and would also provide onsite amenities and 533 parking spaces. The project requests the application of less restrictive development standards such as density, building height, setbacks, and parking, pursuant to a site development plan and an affordable housing agreement.
