Description
The project consists of renovation and reconstruction of the existing MRF and the use of a temporary offsite facility during project construction. The project proposes 108,927 sf of building and covered areas, compared with the existing 70,079 sf. The structures would be designed to appropriately handle different waste streams and recycling materials. Total parcel usage would increase from approx 8.00 to 8.08 acres. The project would also include existing site soil remediation.
