Title: Costco Gas
Description: The proposed project would involve the demolition of an existing 40,000-sf vacant retail building and the construction and operation of a new Costco gas station. The gas station would be located northeast of the existing Costco warehouse and would connect to the warehouse via the shared driveway that connects the two existing parking lots. The new gas station would consist of 16 fuel pumps, new underground storage tanks, and a new 12,679 sf canopy. Primary access to the proposed fuel facility would be provided via the four-lane partially divided driveway located south of the signalized intersection of Fletcher Parkway and Marengo Ave.
