Title: SR-14/138 and Avenue K Interchange Improvements Project
Description: Caltrans, as the lead agency under CEQA, in cooperation with the city of Lancaster and the LA County Metropolitan Transportation Authority, is proposing to modify the geometry and capacity of Avenue K and the SR-14 (Antelope Valley Freeway)/Avenue K Interchange as well as 15th St West. The project limits include SR-14 north and south of the interchange, the interchange proper and Avenue K between 10th St West and 20th St West, and 15th St West between Avenue K and Avenue J-8. The project area is entirely within the city of Lancaster, with the interchange area within Caltrans ROW.
