Description: The project includes construction of an approx 700-ft water intertie pipeline within Rainbow Dr that interties the Cobb Area County Water District and the Pine Grove Water System water distribution systems. The washed out Rainbow Dr Bridge across Kelsey Creek will be replaced to facilitate intertie construction.
