Title: Ormonde Properties Land Use Ordinance Amendment and Minor Use Permit
Description: Land Use Ordinance Amendment - Wellsona Commercial Area. A request to add Vehicle Service and Repair and Vehicle Retail Sales as an allowed use within the Wellsona Road Commercial Service Area Plan Standards in the Salinas River Area Plan. The amendment would allow the processing of a use permit for the development of a truck sales and service business (Paso Robles Truck Center) within the WRCSA; and Minor Use Permit - A request to develop the Paso Robles Truck Center, a new building for vehicle building for vehicle retail sales and vehicle service and repair. The proposal includes the construction of a new 27,788 sf vehicle sales and service facility consisting of 18,630 sf of service and maintenance area, 5,454 sf of parts area.
