Title: Comprehensive General Plan Update for the City of Cathedral (GPA 18-002)
Description: The City of Cathedral City has completed a comprehensive General Plan Update that involves all of the corporate city limits, which comprises approximately 14,557 acres. The Proposed Project includes updated land use mapping and quantitative analysis, expanded mixed-use designations and increased permitted densities. The project also includes updating of the Circulation/Mobility Element and all others. Buildout of the Proposed Project could result in up to 54,615± residential units and 159,998 residents.
