Smyth-Fernwald Corporation Yard

Description

UC Berkeley proposes to use a portion of the Smyth-Fernwald site for Facilities Services material and equipment storage that is currently located in other campus corporation yards. The proposed project site was previously developed. The proposed action would not involve removal of substantial and/or scenic vegetation and would not involve grading exceot for minor alterations to smooth and clear the surface to install a compacted gravel surface. No buildings are proposed; a fence and lighting will be installed around the site.
