- Removal of existing turfgrass, vegetation, and irrigation systems within the arterial highway median on Los Alisos Blvd between Via Pimiento and Trabuco Rd, find grading and replacement with new vegetation, shrubs, and a drip irrigation system to reduce irrigation runoff and water consumption within the same reacg, plus the installation of catch basin automated debris gates and connector pipe screens to prevent debris and trash from entering the public storm drain system in catch basins bounded by the area described as: OCTA railroads tracks on the west, northerly curb of Los Alisos Blvd on the north, the streets of Via Pimiento and Via Linda on the east, and southerly curb of Alicia Parkway on the south.
