- SBCTA is proposing the partial removal on an eisting bridge structure on the Mill Creek Zanja. This would include removal and disposal of the existing bridge deck, cutting the timber piers at grade (such that they are flush with the channel bed), and abandonment of the existing bridge abutments and pier footings in place.
