- Description
- Currently, LCID's turnout is non-operational, and therefore, LCID is not able to receive the return water from AVEK by Dec. 31, 2019 deadline under the exchange agreement SWPAO #09081. AVEK has requested a three-year extension of the return date. SWPAO #09081-A amends the existing letter agreement #09081 between LCID and AVEK by extending the term of the agreement to Dec. 31, 2021.
