- The detachment of land from San Luis Water District, and annexation of land into Santa Nella County Water District to eleiminate overlapping boundaries and create jurisdictional agency boundaries that correspond to the Santa Nella Community Specific Plan, and CVP Contraction allocations associated with lands formally in San Luis Water District and be assigned to Santa Nella County Water District so that Santa Nella County Water District can be a direct CVP Contractor and M&I water provider to lands within its jurisdiction.
