- Caltrans proposes to immediately seal the cracks in the newly constructed concrete precast girders of Seaport Viaduct (Bridge No. 29-0350) in order to prevent the seepage of Stormwater runoff this winter. The prupose of this project is to maintain highway safety. The need of this project is to immediately protect the traveled way from further structural damage.
