While the proposed GPU does include changes to the existing GP's goals and policies, text, and graphics, these changes do not result in significant changes to the city's overall vision of its development pattern, including no changes to the existing development envelopes or intensification of existing land uses that would necessitate additional infrastructure facilities, or result in increased traffic.
