Title: State Route 1 (SR-1/Lincoln Boulevard) Multimodal Improvements Project
Description: Caltrans, in cooperation with the City of Los Angeles, proposes to improve circulation and safety along Lincoln Boulevard by constructing an additional southbound lane, installing sidewalks and protected bicycle lanes, and implementing complete streets and other related improvements along an approximate 0.61-mile segment of Lincoln Boulevard between Jefferson Boulevard and just south of Fiji Way. The Project primarily occurs in the City of Los Angeles with some of the work to occur in unincorporated Los Angeles County.
