Description

The project proposes to develop approx 463,316 sf of industrial business park. Overall, the project would demolish the existing Colorama Wholesale Nursery (approx 13,465 sf) and construct seven industrial buildings with associated surface parking, landscaping, and infrastructure improvements. The project proposes 7 buildings ranging from approx 28,576 sf to approx 161,231 sf. Land uses proposed would include industrial uses with office and mezzanine spaces throughout to support warehouse and/or manufacturing operations. Lot coverage would range from approx 37% to 49%. The project considers two warehouse development options for the industrial business park, one with manufacturing uses and one w/o manufacturing uses.
