- Presently, LCID doesn't have the capacity to receive return water from AVEK under the exchange agreement SWPAO #07031. AVEK has requested a 3-year extension of the return date. SWPAO #07031-A amends the existing letter agreement #07031 existing between LCID and AVEK by extending the term of the agreement to Dec 31, 2020.
