The permittee will maintain the existing small agricultural sales facility status (520 sq. ft. including restroom area) but is authorized to sell the types of products allowed to be sold pursuant to § 8107-6.3.4 of the Ventura County Non-Coastal Zoning Ordinance (NCZO) (refer to Condition of Approval No. 23).
