- The City is undertaking to update its master plans for water, recycled water, and wastewater. The purpose of the update is to synchronize these master plans with the growth projections and future service area envisioned in the Clovis General Plan (General Plan). The area encompassed by the updates is the city's General Plan's approx. 74- sq. mile planning area.
