- Addresses the Governor's 2016 ZEV Action Plan and Execuitve Order B-16-12 by installing one level three fast-charger for electric vehicles at two rest areas. Construction will involve installation of chargers next to ADA compliant parking spots, and trenching throught the parking lots to energize the chargers.
