Note: FED document The proposed project, developed by the CARB, would accelerate the adoption of zero-emission technology in airport shuttles and transition these fleets to full ZEV adoption by 2035 and would build upon existing certification requirements set forth in California's Heavy-Duty Phase 2 Greenhouse Gas Standards for heavy-duty electric and fuel-cell vehicles and establish an alternative certification procedure that helps ensure such vehicles are well-supported once deployed and consistent and reliable information is available to fleets when making purchase decisions.
