Description

The proposed project would build a new Behavioral Health Services Facility that includes a landscaped garden and walking paths situated among existing on-site boulders. The facility would cover approx 0.60 acres and consists of a building, an approx 9,128 sf garden area, and include approx 10,500 sf of parking. The project site is located immediately north of Alpine County's Community Development and Public Works complex, and would be connected to it via existing roadways.
