- Description
- The project is limited to one encroachment to conduct geotechnical borings on gravel bars in teh Mad River, Borings will be drilled to approximately 50 feet below the ground surface, or at least 20 feet into bedrock. Holes will be backfilled with neat cement grout per Humboldt County Environmental Health requirements. Approximately five cubic feet of river bedload and bedrock will be removed from the site and used for testing.
