The project (1) adops a water conservation program to reduce the quality of water used for the purpose of conserving water supplies; (2) requires the limiting of water usage by existing customers while giving priority to water needed for domestic use, sanitation, and fire protection, (3) implementing a moratorium on new water service connections, and (4) implementing other limitations of services as fiscally necessary in County Service Area No. 6 - Jones Valley Water.
