Title: Henley Hall/ IEE Building Project
Description: The Santa Barbara campus proposes to construct the Jeff and Judy Henley Hall, a 31,538 assignable sq. ft., 49,296 gross sq. ft., and three story building to provide facilities for the Institute of Energy Efficiency. The Building would include laboratories, offices, conference rooms, administrative space, a 125-seat lecture hall, courtyards, landscape areas, and bicycle parking on a project site that is approx. 1.4 acres. Henley Hall would be located in the eastern portion of Parking Lot No. 12, south of and adjacent to Mesa Road, and north of bicycle path that is adjacent to the southern perimeter of the project site. Project construction if expected to commence in spring 2018.
