- The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2016-0276-R3, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Conterra Ultra Broadband, LLC as represented by Brad Bowman. The Project is limited to the placement of 2-inch conduit by method of horizontal directional drill from the southwest side of the Henry Avenue Bridge at Pinole Creek to the northeast side of Pinole Creek.
