SJVERRP Geotechnical Investigation

Description

Eastern Municipal Water District (District) will be conducting geotechnical investigations on a site currently owned by the District, located on the northwest corner of the intersection at Mountain Avenue and Esplanade Avenue, in the city of San Jacinto, Riverside County, California. The proposed project would include multiple soil borings with depths up to 200 feet below ground surface. The goal of the proposed action is to obtain complete continuous soil samples that would provide additional details of the overall vertical soil profile. GPS coordinates will be used to identify potential boring locations and USA Dig Alert will be notified prior to commencing with activities. Additionally, all soil borings will be destroyed per California Well Standard requirements upon completion.
