- The project consists of drilling a groundwater well, equipping the well with pumping equipment, building a pump house between 1,000-1,400 sf, installing a new Southern CA Edison power pole and transformer, installing electrical switchgear and motor controls, installing a new 12-in pump to waste water discharge pipeline, installing a new 12-in potable water pipeline, installing a water disinfection system, installing a new driveway approach, landscaping the site, making improvements to the existing fencing to raise the height of the fence along adjacent properties from a height of 5-ft to a height of 7-ft, and installing outside lighting.
