- Modified Conditional Use Permit for Underwood Family Farms, Case No. PL16-0031
- The permit authorizes the continued operation, and seasonal increases in the intensity of use, of an existing agricultural promotional facility. The existing permitted uses authorized to continue and the authorized changes in the facility are described in more detail below. The existing 5,000 sq. ft. agricultural sales building and 200 sq. ft. office/ticket booth will continue to be used. A variety of accessory structures will continue to be used and include: a play area, slide, tractor ride, wooden train area. The use and maintenance of the property, the size, shape, arrangement, and location of structures, parking areas and landscape areas shall conform to the project description above and all approved County land use hearing exhibits in support of the project and conditions of approval. The Permittee shall also continue to maintain the existing windrows or other trees along the eastern boundary of the site.
