Description

Remove the state park residence located at 6 Alcatraz Avenue, Half Moon Bay, California 94019 that is threatened and unsafe due to on-going bluff erosion. The residence, estimated to be built in the 1940's is approximately 690 square feet and is not listed in the Department's index for historical and archeological resources as historically significant. The integrity of the structure is compromised and the structure is uninhabitable and will be demolished. The concrete foundation will remain and any voids will be filled in with clean and/or native soil.
