The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund (SDWSRF) Program is providing state funds for the project. The Cobb Area Water District proposes the development of plans and specification for drilling and construction that may include feasibility studies., test wells, grading, boreholes, etc. The project also includes the development of an environmental document.
