Title: Artesia LIVE II Specific Plan
Description: The IS/MND has been recirculated to include project changes to proposed transportation improvements and address comments from City of Cerritos, Caltrans, LA County Fire Dept, and DTSC received during the prior public review period between March 6, 2017 and April 4, 2017. The Artesia LIVE II Specific Plan is a site specific, city-initiated specific plan, which authorizes the development of an existing infill site at 18600 Gridley Rd with a seven story mixed use building containing the following land uses: 130 res condos, 23,816 square of commercial/restaurant uses and on site parking consisting of surface parking and a two level subterranean parking structure for a total of 331 parking spaces. Residential amenities would include a lobby, pool, community room/recreation facility, and a rooftop garden. Community open space amenities would include at-grade landscaped and hardscape open space, the community room, rooftop view decks, and balconies on all units.
