Description

A one year time extension application for a previously approved site approval application to expand an existing recreational vehicle sales business from a max of 50 recreational vehicles to a max of 182 recreational vehicles in 3 phases over 8 years. Phase 1 includes the construction of a 5,000 sf metal building for light repairs of recreational vehicles. Phase 2, to be completed in 5 years, includes the addition of 132 recreation vehicle storage and sales spaces for a total of 182 recreational vehicle spaces. Phase 3, to be completed in 8 years, includes the construction of a 2,893 sf addition to connect the existing sales office and repair buildings and provide an area for parts display and storage. (Equipment sales & repair - leisure).
