Description: Note: Response to Comments The applicant requests approval of a CUP and variance 5249 adjustment to include the following: 1) CUP for on-going use and operation of an agricultural packing and storage facility for a period of 20 years; 2) adjustment of variance 5249 to allow for approximately 0.19 percent of building lot coverage for the legal lot; 3) entitlement of various facility components, structures, parking, lighting, signage, and impervious surface which were constructed and/or installed in violation of NCZO section 8105-4; 4) installation of approximately 2,742 sf of landscape screening; and 5) construction of a 3,400 cubic foot detention basin.
