Description

Applicant proposed to install a natural gas Therm-Tec dual chamber animal crematory within an enclosed building to reduce pet companion remains to bone fragments through the application of intense heat and flames. The cremators are proposed to operate a maximum of ten hours per day, six days per week, fifty-two weeks per year. The footprint of the existing structure would not be altered. The existing structure is located in an area zoned M-2, General Industrial and is surrounded by other industrial parcels on all sides for 1500 feet.
