- The SWRCB as the lead agency will be issuing a water supply permit. The Superior Mutual Water company completed construction of Well No. 03 on July 13, 2015. This well is a replacement well for Well No. 02, which was taken out of service due to the casing collapsing at approximately 150 feet. Well No. 03 is approximately 100 feet North of Well No. 02.
