Description

Covina-Valley Unified School District proposes minor renovations and alteration of the portables and other related improvements at the site facilities at Mesa Elementary School, 409 S. Barranca Ave., West Covina, California 91791 ("Property"). The proposed project will occur upon the existing schools premises and will not involve the acquisition of real property. The proposed proejct includes mantenance of the facilities and will involve negligible or no expansion of size or use of the facilities and will not physically alter the exteriors of the existing facilities.
