Description

The proposed project is the construction of a 37,000 sf, single story private health club to be located within the existing Shops at Rossmoor retail center. The proposed project site, currently an asphalt parking lot, is located on the northwestern portion of the shopping center parking lot on Rossmoor Center Way, between Seal Beach Blvd and Montecito Rd. The site is bounded by residential uses to the west and north, circuit training, a pool, a basketball court, separate rooms for aerobics and spinning, a personal training room, men's and women's showers and lockers, a hot yoga studio, a physical therapy room, and a children's area. All parking would be provided on the surrounding surface lot.
