- The General Plan directs the long-range management, development and operation of Pigeon Point Light Station State Historic Park (PPLSSHP) by providing broad policy and program guidance including goals, guidelines and objectives for the management of PPLSSHP. The General Plan would be implemented in several phases. All future development guided by this General Plan shall include appropriate environmental review under the CEQA.
