Phase one includes the construction of a 30,100 sf case storage building. Phase 2, with building permits to be issued within 2 years, includes the construction of a 19,995 sf storage building. Phase 3, with building permits to be issued within 5 years, includes the construction of a 50,095 sf storage building. Phase 4, with building permits to be issued within 10 years, includes the construction of a 50,095 sf storage building. Phase 5, with building permits to be issued within 15 years, includes the construction of a 05,095 sf storage building. No increase in production is proposed. No marketing events are approved or proposed with this application.
