Description
The proposed project involves the development of two new mixed-use buildings for student housing, associated expansion of parking areas, and other related improvements to the existing Keck Graduate Institute (KGI) campus and KGI-owned parcels. The improvements are needed to support the anticipated growth of the school (increase of 80 students and 7 faculty/staff per year for the next 4 years), as well as the new onsite housing (292 units - 396 beds).
