Title: UCLA Anderson Graduate School of Management Addition Project
Description: Project is located at 110 Westwood Plaza within the Core zone of the UCLA campus, and consists of the construction of a 4-level, approx. 62,000 gross sq. ft. addition to the existing six-building, approx. 305,000 gsf Anderson School of Management (Anderson School) complex. The building addition would be constructed on top of existing Parking Structure 5, which will remain operational. The new building will accommodate technologically equipped teaching spaces; reorganize admissions, career, and event functions; and provide student only and common space.
