- Description
- OID and SSJID propose to provide up to 16,000 acre-feet of local water available to USBR at New Melones Reservoir in September 2016. USBR will release the water as a pulse/attraction flow from Goodwin Dam as identified in the SWRCB Water Right Decision 1641. The pulse flow will provide benefits within the Delta as well as contribute to Delta outflow. Any ancillary benefits of this pulse flow will be made available to DWR and USBR and shared equally pursuant to a separate operations agreement between DWR and USBR. The cost for this pulse flow water will be shared equally between SLDMWA and DWR.
