Title: Temple City General Plan Update and Temple City Crossroads Specific Plan
Description: The proposed project consist of two components - the Temple City 2050 Mid-Century GP, which is an update to the current Temple City General Plan, and the Temple City Crossroads Specific Plan. The Mid-Century Plan is intended to guide development in the plan area over the next 35 years. It also involves reorganization of the 1987 Temple City General Plan into six elements. The Crossroads Specific Plan would establish a land use, development, and implementation framework to allow for enhancement and redevelopment of the specific plan area in accordance with the vision, goals, and policies of the Mid-Century Plan. The Crossroads Specific Plan would act as a bridge between the Mid-Century Plan and any development that would occur within the specific plan area.
