Description

A Minor Subdivision application (PA-1500161) to subdivide an existing parcel into four-parcels and a Site Approval application (PA-1500162) to construct a gas station with convenience store, a fast food restaurant, and a full service restaurant on one of the proposed parcels of PA-1500161. The Minor Subdivision application consists of subdividing the existing parcel into four parcels. Parcel 1 to contain 2.95 acres. Parcel 2 to contain 1.37 acres. Parcel 3 to contain 3.27 acres. Parcel 4 to contain 7.28 acres. The Site Approval application is proposed on Parcel 1 and includes the construction of a 4,395 sq. ft. fuel canopy, a 3,028 sq. ft. convenience store, a 1,102 sq. ft. carwash, a 2,478 sq. ft. fast food restaurant with a 1,536 sq. ft. canopy, and a 5,338 sq. ft. restaurant.
