To do so, the specific plan establishes framework and standards for development within the plan area, including land uses, building and site design, transportation, infrastructure, and streetscape strategies that accommodate up to 305 high quality multi-family residential units and 11,020 square feet of supporting small restaurant, retail, and other commercial uses within the plant area.
