Description: SWRCB is the responsible agency. The SWRCB's Safe Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Program is providing state funds for the project. The Happy Camp Community Services District proposes to construct and install pressure contact clarifier and all pipes and valves necessary for treatment of community water supply. Relocate existing wetwell electric equipment out of 100-year flood zone. Beneficiaries of project is the Community of Happy camp.
